Silversmiths & Jewellers Charity Pub Quiz London - 6th August

Join us in London for a Night of Quizzy Fun 

On Thursday, 6th August, at The Argyle, Hatton Garden, we’re hosting the best pub quiz ever to raise money and awareness for the Silversmiths & Jewellers Charity.

Our Quizmaster Extraordinaire is the one and only Mr. Crozier! If you’ve ever anyone talk about our pub quiz, then you’ve definitely heard people rave about him. There will be dramatic prose, rounds about gems & jewellery, a sing along in the music round, and a whole lot of laughs. (Last time he dumped a whole can of chopped tomatoes on his head whilst wearing a dress, to act out "Carrie"). Don’t miss your chance to experience legendary quizmastery in action. It’s sure to be a night you won’t want to miss!

Tickets are £20 per person, which includes a bloody brilliant night out and your first drink (select beer, wine, or a soft drink).

It also goes to the work of the charity, which provides financial support to those who have worked in the jewellery and silversmithing and allied trades.

In the past year we have bought a special support dog, and paid for training, to enable a wonderful woman to leave the house safely, when she could not before, now not only can she so this, she coaches childrens football.  We have bought an oven for a jeweller who couldn't afford it after paying for basic bills and food. We also give monthly grants, so silversmiths, jewellers, setters, engravers (the list goes on) don't have to worry about money while they are recovering from illness or injury, or indeed just so they can afford basic heat and to feed their children, when through no fault of their own they find themselves in financial hardship. We do this mmongst many other things, with money that we raise, so your help makes a real difference, to real people in our trade.

Teams can be from 4 to 6 people. If you haven't got a team or if you have less than 4 people, don’t worry—you can play on our “Mixed Melee Team”! Just book a spot (or as many as you need) and we'll put you together on a team so not only will you get a fun quiz but you'll also make new friends! (*when you order if you want to be on a specific team please let us know by email or in the order notes!)

There will be a prizes for the winners, you even get to be the holder of the Mastermelt Sterling Silver Quiz trophy for a year, also something for the team with the most creative name & whatever else we can think of before!
